High-concentrate professional use: Dilute 50:1 by mixing 1/3 cup or 3 oz shampoo to a gallon of warm water. Add more or less shampoo depending on hardness of water. Apply to wet coat and work up a lather. Rinse thoroughly.

For Facial: Dilute 50:1, apply and massage onto the head and face. Massage around the eyes. Safe to use direct or with dilution (a little goes a long way). Rinse thoroughly.
